I don't know which part - just all of it. My Mac (PowerBook G4 15") is my baby too. It is the only thing that is allowed to have a permanent home on the kitchen table, other than the napkin holder. Once you go Mac, you never go back! Yeah, baby! I've had the same issues with Illustrator - I love the program, but as soon as you start adding effects to anything it bogs way down.
