In truth, we’re a tiny operation with just the two of us doing everything in the factory. Some things we simply can’t do, like spreading our message via Word of Mouth. We’re doing the best that we can, but there are some things that you can do to help get the word out.
Mission 1: Link Us Up – 2 Pts.
Yep, putting a link on your blog/site/myspace to steamcrow.com helps people find us, and helps with our search engine rankings. Linking is almost always good. (You don’t even have to ask.)

Mission 2: Operation Writeup – 6 Pts.
Do a little site review or blog entry about why you think we matter. Say nice things and use some of the images off of our site. We really appreciate this, and it’s even better than linking.
Mission 3: Interview Us – 9 Pts.
Yes, that Daniel a crazy fool for an interview. Write some pertinent questions down, and send them via email. Daniel will get on them, and send them back. Then, post them on your site, with some of our images. (Just don’t hot-link, k?) This helps out even more.
Mission 4: Tell your Friends – 1-5 Pts.
Word of mouth is still the best form of advertising in the world. Tell them about one of our characters or books, or artwork. Send them our URL. Hook us up on Linkedin, Delicious, Twitter, Digg, or any other tool you use.
Mission 5: Share our Books – 2-14 Pts.
Share them with your friends, family, studio, kids… people! We do books because we want to share our stories and art with the world. When you share it, you help us with that goal. (Double-points if you read our books to a kid.)
Mission 6: Review our Books – 7 Pts.
Do a book review on Amazon or any other book review site. It doesn’t have to be epic, just descriptive and (hopefully) passionate. Your interest and passion is contagious; Share it!
Ask local stores to carry our products
Your recommendation could be the thing that brings Steam Crow to your city. Let them know that they should be carrying Steam Crow.
Invite us to participate in your art show
We often hear about great shows that would be perfect for us, after they’ve taken place. Sadly, we don’t have enough hours in the day to search out every monster-type of opportunity. If you organize or know about a good fit, please drop us an email and let us know about it. We can’t take every opportunity, but there are some things that we’ve missed that would have been grand!
Anything that you can do, helps. Heck, if you know of something else that gets the word out, just do it!
