I kind of like this strip, because of all of the emotion that Beastio shows us in a short amount of time. I too, am capable of such emotional turmoil. Some people call it “bi-polar”; I just call it “passionate”.

I’m finding that the top frame is where I’m spending most of my time when I create the comic. I’d say it’s about 70% of the creation time, maybe more.

No, I don’t have any plans of getting rid of it, it’s fun to continue to show you what’s going on outside, and what kind of world the Steam Crow is trekking through. Plus, I’m dedicated to this page size, if I’d ever want to print it. (Which I of course want to, later.)

I’ll be breaking out of the 5 frame format here for a few days, before coming back to this, so no worries.

I think of this entire space as mine to play with, so I’ll be expermenting with ways to break it up over time. This comic is a learning experience for me, and I expect to let it evolve how it might.
