I have to admit that MONSTRU is becoming a place that is plenty interesting to me.
Yes, I’ve always been able to imagine it in some form, from the beginning. I’m not daft. But it’s slowly taking shape and becoming something more.
No, I surely don’t wish to live there; it would be a hard place to survive, let alone thrive. But 470 odd strips into it (along with my guest artists), it’s becoming more detailed and fleshed out in my mind.
Mind you, there is a long way to go yet, but I’m getting to the point where I’m getting it. I know more about it, and can answer questions about things that I’d never considered before.
It’s as if I’ve finally learned it’s rules.
That said, the new story is about to break some of those rules. It’s okay, it’s just part of the ride.
It’s looking like I’m going to be in the driver’s seat again with new comics starting on July 19th. (A week later than I earlier predicted.
