I won’t lie; this was fun to draw.
Kip is a Halloween Golem; these were created centuries ago to help bring in the harvest. Kip is transforming into “harvest mode” where he’s strong enough to plow a field or chop down a stand of trees, or drag a wagon laden down with 2 tons of squash.
Perfect for this time of year, really.
The white crown provides an unhealthy influence over this transformation, as Halloween Golems have a pretty good track record. (Besides one early tragic accident; the “flesh forest.”)
And no, I’m not really into Transformers. I’m into golems.

Wowsa, I’ve never heard that legend before.
And yes, I’m pretty certain that as a Halloween Golem, Kip is perfectly well equipped to deal with them, no problem. He’s hardcore.
