Happy October.
October is my favorite month of the year.
It’s the beginning of Autumn. The air is cooler. Halloween and Steamcroween are in October.
Dawna and I liked October so much, we even got married on October 10th. We would have gotten married on Halloween, but Dawna’s mom probably wouldn’t have liked that very much.
Plus, I doubt that Halloween was on a Saturday in 1998.

I guess I will stick with September for my month most liked.
I don’t think Kip can hear him right now… and Beastio may want to seek shelter till Kip changes back or he may wind up being reduced to a fine red mist.

Let’s see… my birthday is in march, my wife’s birthday is in march, my daughter was born on march… oh yeah, and we also married on march. And here back to school is in march too… I’m not sure if I like march so much right now, but I’m certain that I fear it…

Kip is such a wildcard. It’s a little bit terrifying, a little bit sad, and altogether really cool. Also, Beastio’s “Oh Kip” gave me a little lump in my throat, and I can’t quite explain why. I consider that a success on your part.
I adore every month from late September to the end of January. I love October as a whole (my math teacher and I are both incredibly excited about October, specifically Halloween. We expressed this quite loudly during class this morning and received blank stares from about 20 people with absolutely no imagination), November because the weather is nice and it has Thanksgiving, and December because (at least for me) the whole month is so cozy and full of Christmas. January is actually a little bit bleak, but that’s part of why I like it.
I think if Christmas didn’t exist, October would be my favorite month, but since it does, I think October and December just about tie.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I really enjoy the turn of the seasons, and the holiday season in particular, too.
I just wish that PHX had an Autumn. I got to experience some in Liberty Lake this week, which was really nice.
Hopefully Kip will be redeemable.
