Wot! The Crow flies?
Sure it does.
Dirk Circus made the modifications himself, so that he could explore the vast Underdeep ruins of Varlon, and bring back lots and lots of gold. However, he never had the chance, as the Steam Crew got the keys back to our Van.
In any case, it certainly makes escape from the Underdeep and Skullopolis a bit easier.
The real question is this: How serious is the Authority when they say “We own the Sky”?
