So, it’s finally over.
October is my favorite month of the year, but it almost killed us. Our day jobs have been demanding, and so has our Steam Crow career.
But alas, October is in the books.
This month we:
- Hosted a 24 hr comic day event
- Hosted a Tiny Army meetup
- Hosted STEAMCROWEEN, our annual party
- Exhibited at the Alternative Press Expo
- Spoke (Daniel) at Phoenix Design week as well as attended it
- Exhibited at Saboten-Con
While there are some of you that do more than this, it has been challenging to keep life running for us. It’s a lot to juggle.
I’d like to thank everyone who supported our efforts this month and year; we like to make stuff for you, the Steam Crew.
Thanks too for kindly reminding me of your name, or how we met a couple of years ago at that one con. Thanks for picking up our products again, and for buying one of those fancy poison bottles or that handful of shiny buttons. Thanks for cutting us some slack when we handed you the wrong stuff, or when we were shoveling in the food when you needed some help.
We’ve been…how you say it?
Busy.
Right now, it just hurts to be alive. We need some sleep. I could sleep on a pile of skunks right now.
Next weekend is the Tucson Comicon.
Maybe we’ll see you there. Maybe we’ll look powerful.
