Illness and disease are rampant in Monstru, due in part to the complete dissolution of the health care industry 200 years ago. Sure there are medics, but they can hardly keep up with the true demand. Hospitals are little more than a dusty memory anymore.

Some common Monstrunian afflictions include: stinkhorn, bubble-tongue, the laffies, spiderhoof, black lung (goblin), road butt, crystalis (haunt), the fung, gearstuck (automat), poiso (bloodless), stobe leg, and the flamies (daemon).

Remember to wash your hands.
