I propose that Friday the 13th should be an additional Halloween fest, where people dress up like monsters and other beasties.

I suppose that today is as good as any to introduce “the Weeper.” Many thanks to our twitter friends for offering up their opinion for the name. (We’re @steamcrow on Twitter, btw.)
