Well, I don't know. All I know is that you shouldn't go digging around in your belly button. Not good.

Wait, what's that thing about belly buttons and spinal cords? For serious? O_o

I touched one of the pins while unplugging the fridge when I was about five. Jolted right up my arm, and I certainly didn't mess with electrical appliances after that.

Yikes! Bugs, knives, and ex-wives. Oh my! I once picked up a stray cat. It was letting me pet it so I guess I thought it was ok to take it with me. It attached itself to my arm and I couldn't get it off. No stitches but I remember crying a lot. And it was right at the beginning of summer. That trip to the hospital was not fun.

Oh the water bugs, we had some on my pond as a kid that I'm pretty sure were Trilobites straight out of the Paleozoic Era. Giant scary looking things that prefered to live on the underside of our scratch built raft and come out eating anytime we flipped the thing (often).

Found a jar of 22 bullets in a jar in the old shed when I was about 10.
Put one in the vice and touched it with a hammer.
(Kids, DONT TRY THIS AT HOME!)
Shortly after that I challenged my buddy Bobby to a game of Mumblety Peg.
Yup! I won and got the knife so close to my foot, it went right thru it. Nothing major was hit but it bled like a stuck hog for quite a while. The scar is less than impressive!
(Borrowed from Wikipedia) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mumblety_peg
Mumblety-peg is generally played between two people with the aid of a pocket knife. In one version of the game, two opponents stand opposite one another with their feet shoulder-width apart. The first player then takes the knife and throws it to "stick" in the ground as near his own foot as possible. The second player then repeats the process. Whichever player "sticks" the knife closest to his own foot wins the game.

I've played with my belly button all the time as a kid, is that a bad thing?

I didn't know you had been married before. I'm learning a lot about Daniel Davis!

See you at Tiny Army today!
